Lola’s Pamana is a Restaurant in Tagaytay

Lettuce Says,

One of the greatest and most profitable things that you can leave your grandchildren were sumptuous timeless recipes and great business sense. The Ongpaucos made sure their legacy will be shared, remembered, and tasted. That makes Pamana Restaurant, a must try Filipino restaurant in Tagaytay with a view of Taal.

Warning: Picture heavy post. Some people love it though, like me! LOL

Our mission that cold breezy night was to have a quiet and proper dinner date. I was craving for bagnet while Sunrise was, as always, on the lookout for his favorite dish. From our hotel, we just took a jeepney ride to Pamana.

It is located along the main road of Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, just beside the Boutique Bed and Breakfast (would love to try this bnb!) and just a few steps from the Lourdes Church.

The resto's ambiance is very rustic old mansion-ish with memorabilias, old photos and antique things everywhere. Sunrise can somehow sense spirits which he learned not to tell me in detail since I always freak out. So, he just told me he sensed something and to avoid taking photos of the old mirrors. Chills! It's more than the cold breeze...
